?????? I??ve been suffering from precisely the same issue for that earlier couple months. Anytime my OBS signifies that it??s streaming, I refresh Facebook, and it resolves the condition. Perhaps you may try this as well to find out if it??s only a coincidence or if it works in your case way too?
